Beginners classes are for complete beginners to pole and to fitness.

If you already have a foundation of fitness, that's great, but it is not required to join in the beginners classes.


The classes are designed to introduce you to pole and to begin to build strength, co-ordination and confidence.


 The classes run on a six week syllabus, so you can join in at any time.


If you book a six week block, please be aware that you will need to tell the instructor if you will be missing any of the classes running in the consecutive weeks, from your first booking date. 





There is a maximum of 2 people per a pole. We have 7 static and spinning poles.


Please bring a pair of shorts with you and a pair of socks.


Leggings and tracksuit bottoms can be worn for the warm up and cool down.


Bottled water is 50p at the studio or bring your own.


Don't use any body creams or oils on the day of pole. 


                  No jewellery is allowed on the poles, so best to leave it safe at home.
