          Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
Each class uses a diverse variety of poses to create an energising

flow practice. Synchronising movement with breath, open your

heart, and build a strong core and a beautiful body.

Wear gym clothes. Bare feet.

Bring your own yoga mat.

We do have mats if you don't have your own.

Bottled water is available at the studio for 50p or bring your own.
