Acroyoga is the combination of acrobatics and yoga. It is mostly

done in pairs, with a base and a flyer, but you don't need to have a

partner to take part in the sessions. The course starts with some

basic partner balances and yoga poses. Throughout the 4 week

course you will learn a short sequence, moving from one pose in

to another.

Wear gym/yoga clothes which are close fitting but also allow you

to move freely. 

Bottled water is available at the studio for 50p or bring your own.
